Pacific West Pharmacy was created in 1987 to provide pharmacy services to Long Term Care communities of California. PWP now services Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, Youth Homes, Hospice patients, and disability residences covering most of California. For more than two decades, PWP has grown with the evolving Long Term Care industry to create a simple yet effective plan to provide quality medication and services to our customers.

Our service to the customer is to go above and beyond your local pharmacy to ensure proper and timely delivery of medications and provide professional consulting by our pharmacists, as risk management is an ever increasing thought in the LTC industry.
